  Took 2 days to try arrange shipping of 32kg shipment, back and fourth emails with limited information. Additional charges added on when I was informed it included pick up costs. Highly unprofessional would not recommend and cancelled their services!

  Misleading.
  
  Never informed of two hour minimum. Had I been, I would have let them move significantly more instead of having them for one hour (but billed for two). They could have been done in 45 minutes, it was that easy for them.
  
  I was quoted a price per hour and then gave them a promo code for 10% off. At the end they stated the price they gave me included the discount. Patently untrue.
  
  In retrospect I would never use them again as I feel they were dishonest. When I raised the pricing issue with them, they just didn't care.

  I highly recommend this family run business. We moved from Fremantle back to Germany in Jan.' 17 and had several quotes before we decided for simply ship. We booked a 20 f container despite every quote saying that we would need a 40 f one. So we had a lot of items that were not priority. Simply ship did an absolute fantastic job in packing and loading our furniture and in the end we did not have to leave anything behind. When we were not happy with the offered delivery time of the German partner we just rang Simply Ship and the problem was solved within minutes. In case we decide to move back (weather is quite a challenge here) we'll do it with Simply ship!
