  This is my feedback for Pankaj Kapur (PK).
  
  PK works in the favor of seller which is understandable to a certain limit.
  Lack of knowledge/ information of the house he represents to sell.
  Gets upset when you ask him questions, practically he expects - you should not ask him any questions about the property.
  
  He was good to a point when you go for viewing the house and putting the offer to seller.
  
  Once your loan is approved he gets silent and would refer you to the settlement agents. Was very hard to negotiate with him.
  
  He was rude and upset on the phone to a point where he started shouting. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
  This was his way (blunt) while having conversation with my wife also.
  
  From a buyers prospective, beware.
  
  Surprise to see so many good reviews online, unsure if these are genuine reviews.
  
  Totally a horrible experience with Perad.
  Will not recommend to my friends, families or colleagues.
  
  Lately found that he has not listed our house in his SOLD house list in all major real estate websites.
  
  He has listed only the house that has positive feedback.
  
  Totally manipulated.
