  I had a very small job completed by a Camtec electrician to mount a replacement solar inverter. The good aspects were they completed the job the day after I booked it, the electrician was polite, and appeared to work efficiently. The bad aspects were: the requested callout fee and work rate the electrician requested upon completion was slightly higher than what I had been quoted the day before over the phone ($50-something callout fee and $33 or $34 fifteen minute interval rate quoted was actually $60 callout and $36 fifteen minute interval rate), they accepted credit card payment but that involved the electrician entering my card details onto a website using his mobile phone (I expected him to have a secure portable EFTPOS terminal), the last main grievance I had was despite replacing one solar inverter with a physically identical one the electrician spent ten or so minutes replacing the inverter mounting frame with an identical one which as far as I could tell was a waste of time and the money he charged for an unnecessary 15 minute interval.
